Kathy "Kitty" Fowler is more than just the owner of Kitty’s Confections; she is a proud Wise County local who believes that love is the most important ingredient in any recipe. A home baker with a lifelong passion for the culinary arts, Kathy specializes in turning simple ingredients into extraordinary cookies, cakes, and cupcakes that feel like a warm hug.

When she isn't busy whipping up custom orders in her kitchen, Kathy is sharing her passion with the next generation. Each week, she has the privilege of teaching a Special Education class, where she uses the art of baking to teach life skills, creativity, and confidence to her students.

For Kathy, baking isn't just about sweets—it's about serving her neighbors and sharing the fun of creating something with love.
